UPDATE: Shortly after posting the review below, I received a message from Tom Rosatti, the General Manager of Marina Dodge asking me to call him to try and get these issues resolved. I have a ton of respect for a GM who will take the time to contact an unhappy customer and discuss an issue. The result of the meeting was: he ran a carfax for me (there was no accident reported, but the body shop techs that I spoke to previously would disagree), he listened to all of my concerns, and we developed a plan of attack to address them. Although I am still waiting on action, Marina Dodge went up a few notches in my book for Tom's willingness to work on and improve the relationship with a customer. I have since amended my scores above to represent my positive experience with Tom. In the first six weeks of owning the vehicle, I brought it back for repair five times. After a year, I now have a rust spot on the rear hatch. Marine would not even think about covering it. After taking it to a body shop, they tell me that the van was in an accident and the repair job was done cheaply, $800 to make the repairs. There has also been other repair work that needed to be done and the extended warranty, that the salesperson told me covered everything, didn't cover this particular issue, another $350. Now it needs to go into the shop again at 15 months of ownership because it won't register that the van is in park, nor give the key back, but the vehicle does not move when on a hill. I wonder how much this one is going to cost, even with the expensive extended warranty. Marina doesn't seem to do their homework before putting a car on their lot. They will only give you a carfax if you think to ask for it. Otherwise, they are ok will selling you crap. Very disappointing. More

We were informed readily about all of the details, they worked with us professionaly and in a friendly manner making us feel more like friends than strangers. Of course, we were trying to purchase a vehicle at the best price we could afford and they worked with us to make it happen. We came away feeling great about the price, our new car and the exceptional experience we had with Louie. We are now looking forward to working with the service department as we go forward. More

My entire career is based around sales, quality work, and customer service; and by far, I was astonished at the level of professionalism and customer care my family and I received. Our credit was less than satisfactory to say the least and we were greeted with a stellar customer service staff who helped us find a new car, in our price range, with in less than a week of shopping. This was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Going forward there is only one dealership my family and I will shop at; and furthermore any of my customer's looking for a new car will be referred to Jeff and Marina Dodge. On 3/17/11, I purchased a new 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi pick up truck. Jeff LaMartina, Roland Tabacco, and Jason Ivy all were very friendly and worked hard to give me the best trade-in value toward my new pick up truck. They processed my credit and all the paperwork. From the time I came into the dealership and the time I drove away in my new truck, total elapsed time was 3 1/2 hours. Jeff introduced me to the service department and scheduled my next visit for a wash and wax and installation of mud flaps, and reserved me a loaner car for the day. On 4/1/11, I came in at 7a.m. for the wash and wax, etc., borrowed their loaner car, and was called at noon to tell me that my truck was ready for pick-up. I haven't bought a new vehicle in over nine years. This was the best experience I could have working with the staff at Marina Dodge. Thank you Marina Dodge. I look forward to many years of excellent service from Marina Dodge, doing maintenance on my vehicle. More
