As a VIP customer and having already "built" the car I wanted there was no sales pressure to upgrade to expensive unnecessary options. I wanted a 2024 model Outback Wilderness but learned that the fac wanted there was no sales pressure to upgrade to expensive unnecessary options. I wanted a 2024 model Outback Wilderness but learned that the factory was then retooling for the 2025 models. Marin Subaru found what I wanted at another dealership but without the trailer towing package I wanted. Marin Subaru secured the vehicle and installed the towing package. Probably more costly than had it been factory installed. I worked with Jon Elvenia at the dealership. Jon was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outback Wilderness model. A delight to work with! I should point out that I am a pilot and have flown aircraft with much less complicated systems than the Outback Wilderness. The manuals for the systems are more than 3 inches thick and more than a daunting and time consuming task to plod through. I and my children have owned numerous Subarus since the 1970s and love what they are all about. More
