I took my three year-old Crosstrek into Marin Subaru dealership due to what I suspected as a tire leak. For the first time in three years, my tire was losing air. It’s very hard to find gas stations tha dealership due to what I suspected as a tire leak. For the first time in three years, my tire was losing air. It’s very hard to find gas stations that have capacity to fix a tire leak. The best option was going back to MARIN Subaru. They couldn’t have been better. They took me in the next day and gave me a loaner car for work. Bruno, my advisor, let me know that it was a small nail in my tire and best of all, they fixed it for free That I never expected. Bruno delivered fantastic customer service. And even though it was small in the big picture, it felt big to me. Even after three years, Marin Subaru continues to provide excellent service for me. Agreed on internet price for WRX TR - talked to Ashley Axume. She scheduled an appointment for next day with Hans Wagner. Drove 70 miles to dealer. Met Hans, he gave me the keys to test drive. After I ca Axume. She scheduled an appointment for next day with Hans Wagner. Drove 70 miles to dealer. Met Hans, he gave me the keys to test drive. After I came back from test drive he told me that the car was 'sold yesterday', and they somehow missed it - so refused to sell it to me. Checked a week after - car is still listed on both subaru.com and dealer site. Shady place - stay out. More
