I have purchased several cars over the years, and dealt with many car dealers. As a single woman I found Edmund to be far and beyond respectful, upfront and transparent. At no point did I feel swindled or intimidated by the process. I did a lot of research before making my purchase, so I knew what would be a fair price. Edmund and his boss accepted my offer and made the deal happen that day. I had received much higher price points from other Acura dealers and walked away time and time again. But I felt comfortable with the price point at this dealership. I wanted a specific color, so Marin Acura had the car driven in from a sister dealership an hour away at rush hour. Edmund helped detail the car himself so that I received my new car same day. Edmund delivered the car as promised and in stellar condition. Edmund even drove out to my house in San Francisco to deliver a copy of my purchases agreement a week after the purchase. Excellent service. Of all the Acura dealers I work with, I can say that Edmond was extremely consistent and thorough in communication, without overstepping boundaries/pestering. I also appreciate that the level of customer service I received from him stayed constant from inquiry to purchasing and even now, after I've owned the car for a few weeks. He continues to be patient and answer all my questions (via text and calls). I was extremely specific as to which car I wanted (model, interior/exterior color, tech package) and when it had to be transported from one location to another, Edmond kept me informed to it's ETA during all points.
