Edmond was our Sales contact from start to finish and he was extremely helpful and informative. And he definitely wasn't pushy like a lot of other salespeople we've encountered! Edmond made the entire sales process very smooth and we were confident that we got a great deal! We got the Tech Package with our MDX so Edmond introduced us to his colleague, Manny (Manjit), to show us/explain all the features of the car. Manny was awesome! He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) and went through every cool feature (the tech package comes with a lot) so that we knew exactly what we were getting. Both Manny and Edmond stayed with us while we went through everything that night, even as their managers locked up shop! Now THAT's customer service! More

I always enjoy the polite and friendly conversation we always engage in. You can just feel how genuine she is when speaking to you. It doesn't feel phony or rehearsed in any way. You can tell she really cares about each customer she interacts with. Karen makes sure to have my car waiting for me when I arrive and not me waiting for my car. She would call me periodically throughout the time My car was getting serviced to give me an update. Which I loved because it kept me in the loop. We all know the "tricks" most of the dealers play during the price negotiation process but I have to say here the process was a lot faster and less painless. The whole negotiation process took like less than 10 minutes and we had a deal that we were happy with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends! More
