Thanks to Eddie and Jean-Pierre at Marin Acura, I had a very exceptional experience. From the first contact to the even after arriving at home, even after the next day looking over my MDX, those gentlemen made my family thought about their excellent professional. Eddie, as sincere pastor at the market place, earnestly prayed for my family and blessed the vehicle before my leaving from his dealershop in the late evening like over 10pm. How can I tell, it’s just a moving experience, of course great gift. I can’t thank Eddie enough. Jean-Pierre is also wonderful professional to think customer’s very best choice. Above and beyond It's been a while since I had been to Marin Acura (several years of owning an Audi), but had previous good experience there albeit in the service dept It's been a while since I had been to Marin Acura (several years of owning an Audi), but had previous good experience there albeit in the service dept. Hoping to get into an Acura again, I saw a car that "checked all of my boxes" and contacted Eddie via their website. Upon my visit, Eddie was no pressure and a pleasure to deal with. Eddie and Jean-Pierre worked with me to complete the transaction over the course of a few weeks while I was out of town on business and held the car for me (and waited for me to return with my trade-in). When I picked up the car Eddie noted that the grill wasn't in quite pristine condition, and even though it was not in the work order, had the body shop fix it to perfect shape, providing me with quite a nice loaner to use while it was being worked on. The only caveats that I would have are to make sure that you are getting the best price for Acura Care (well worth it) and that you check your final agreement for any add-ons that you may have not asked for, but that can be said with any dealership IMHO. More

Not only did he spend time finding my car, once located, he drove it to my home and picked up my trade-in. Not an easy feat since I live 45 miles from the dealership.
