Service on my '99 CL I purchased a 1999 CL from Marin Acura and decided to try their service right from the beginning…and I have never been disappointed. I do not mind driving to Corte Madera from San Francisco even just for an oil change because I know my car will be carefully checked. The Service Advisor responsible for ensuring I receive quick, efficient and courteous service is Karen Kraut. With Karen in charge of helping me I not only am getting good service, I am also dealing with a friend who really cares about taking care of my Acura. Too Easy We were fairly certain as to what make and model we were interested in, what was unexpected was the ease with which we were made an offer. They didn't get MSRP and I didn't get a 100% of the trade-in I wanted -- But given reality it was fair on both sides. End result, we could not be happier with our new RDX. This Acura is our 12th Honda [Co.] vehicle -- the trade-in did not come from Honda or Acura, we won't make that mistake again. More
