Since purchasing my 2013 TSX, I have tried several Acura dealerships in the Bay Area. I work approximately 40 miles from where I live, so selecting an Acura Service Center was primarily about convenience. Exceeded my expectations I recently commented on my appreciation of the entire sales process when I purchased a new MDX with Eddie Gutfeld. After driving my MDX for about tw I recently commented on my appreciation of the entire sales process when I purchased a new MDX with Eddie Gutfeld. After driving my MDX for about two weeks, I set up an appointment with Daniel Munoz to remind me (& to teach me new) techniques on how to use the detailed dashboard system. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel's patience and vast knowledge about the intricate new electronic systems. He is an incredibly good teacher and led me through the vast complexity of how the dashboard computer works. When he saw I wasn't fully understanding some of the systems, he went over it again until I actually absorbed it. I had watched YouTube videos to try to grasp all of the new computer features, but Daniel made it much more personal and understandable. I even called him again this week when I had issues with the iPhone address book interface. I have bought previous cars with a local broker. I would never have learned as many things about this car if I had gone the broker route. I'm very happy I bought my car here. Very high ratings for Daniel (and Eddie). Thanks. More

Eddie's professionalism, accommodation, kindness, and low pressure approach to listening and meeting our needs definitely won the day.
