My relationship started with a click of the “Get a Quote” button on the Acura.com site. Within minutes, I received a text and phone call from Christine of Marin Acura. So quick, I assumed it was an auto-call button on the Acura.com site. Within minutes, I received a text and phone call from Christine of Marin Acura. So quick, I assumed it was an auto-call so I let it roll to voicemail. I called and let her know that I was just inquiring, as I had pretty much decided on another make of car. She said no problem, just let her know how she could help. Long story short, we exchanged a few calls over an hours time, and actually made a deal over the phone. I had already made a deal with an online site to purchase my existing car. Marin Acura agreed to take my Lexus for the same price, which made the transaction even easier. This was after negotiating the price on the RDX. I pinned down as many details as possible before I made the 3 1/2 hour drive to Marin Acura. Yes, it is over 200 miles from my home! Fact is there are dozens of dealers between here and there, and maybe all capable; but Marin had the exact one for us. Christine was very helpful throughout the pre-purchase and made me comfortable enough to move forward. One simple gesture: I asked Christine what time they closed (we were cutting it close on time), and her reply was ‘whenever we were satisfied’. The in-person transaction was even more satisfying than I could expect. Everyone was friendly and professional. None of the things you grow to hate about car dealerships and sales people. Christine is experienced, professional and intuitive of her clients needs. Indeed, she stayed until we were satisfied. She literally locked the door to the dealership behind us. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased over the phone, sight unseen. I had actually never driven an RDX! Not disappointed. If you are 3 minutes or 3 hours away, you won’t be let down by Marin Acura. I’m sure anyone can help, but Christine is the best! More
