He went above and beyond customer service and really put us at ease and made sure our SUV was perfect. We bought a 2015 Acura MDX CPO and when we saw it online we made inquiries and made an offer. Eddie made a counter offer and we settled on a price. We came down to the dealership a couple of days later. The MDX wasn't perfect and had some body issues that needed to be taken care of. Without skipping a beat, Eddie and his manager said it would be taken care to our satisfaction. Normally car dealers and sales people say this, but don't follow through. Not Eddie, not this dealership. Everything we had concerns about was taken care of to our satisfaction. We were blown away how beautiful the car looked the day we picked it up (a week later). I can't tell you how satisfied we are with this MDX. Thank you so much Eddie for everything and for making this MDX perfect! More
