They were patient and sensitive to an unusual situation where I was trading in my recently deceased mother's Lexus along Edmund and Daniel were great! They were patient and sensitive to an unusual situation where I was trading in my recently deceased mother's Lexus along with my RSX for a 2016 ILX. They even tolerated my two barking dogs. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I do have to comment on the manager whose name I believe was Ben. He is the one who evaluated my RSX. He did not acknowledge me, wouldn't look at me, even when I spoke to him. I was very surprised at his lack of customer service and just basic politeness. This is why I didn't give the dealership a five-star rating. I was quite relieved he was not there when I came back the next day to make the transaction. More

At the first dealer we stated up front our intentions and wanted their best price upfront. When they presented it and it wasn’t what we were looking for they offered more discounts. I started an online chat and Edmond was responsive. I shared my experience and he was able to beat the price we had been offered. Once we arrived, he showed us a couple other cars and we ended up picking out a higher trim level that really impressed our senses. They delivered the car an hour away the next day to make sure it was prepped perfectly. We would definitely return to this dealership. Thanks Edmond!! More
