They were patient and sensitive to an unusual situation where I was trading in my recently deceased mother's Lexus along with my RSX for a 2016 ILX. They even tolerated my two barking dogs. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I do have to comment on the manager whose name I believe was Ben. He is the one who evaluated my RSX. He did not acknowledge me, wouldn't look at me, even when I spoke to him. I was very surprised at his lack of customer service and just basic politeness. This is why I didn't give the dealership a five-star rating. I was quite relieved he was not there when I came back the next day to make the transaction. More
