An A-spec to remember!! I had been tracing the arrival of the brand new redesigned Acura RDX. After going to at least two other dealerships, I walked into Marin Acura and imm I had been tracing the arrival of the brand new redesigned Acura RDX. After going to at least two other dealerships, I walked into Marin Acura and immediately Eddie Gutfeld took me in to an MDX. I expressed that I was really interested in seeing the new RDX. Immediately Eddie assured me they'd be there in two weeks and the A spec model I was tracking was one of the ones coming in.. I placed a deposit and fast forward to today, I'm in a brand new RDX. Jean Pierre Kabbara was expedient in his dealing and write-ups. He worked hard to get the best deal... so much so that he drew up a contract and we signed twice till he knew we were happy with the sale and financing.. My vehicle will only go there for maintenance and accessories. No other dealership compares to the satisfaction of the customer than Marin Acura. They had me and my wife meet everybody from the service department people to even being congratulated by the owner. Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen and looking forward to seeing you guys for regular maintenance and accessory installs on our first luxurious SUV. More

Low Key, Low Stress - Easy Going Visited dealerships in Fremont and San Francisco and I always had to wait on the weekend. I was a bit surprised for a 3-day weekend, but maybe because Visited dealerships in Fremont and San Francisco and I always had to wait on the weekend. I was a bit surprised for a 3-day weekend, but maybe because people were out of town. I did not feel too pressured as I already knew exactly which model I wanted and which additional packages too. I came in because of the 3-day weekend special lease that was an additional $30 below for the monthly cost of the base model. Although I wanted a different more premium model, they were able to still give me a decent deal on the total with the packages I wanted. Edmond did not feel pushy and I felt very relaxed working with him and being able to ask him questions and test drive. It felt very organic, natural and relaxed overall. The part that felt semi-rushed was the lease/paperwork part. If I had any questions JP would answer/explain and he was very warm. It just did not feel as natural and laid back compared to working with Edmond on everything prior. Note: I probably spent about 90-120 minutes with Edmond, and about 30 mins or less with JP hence why I probably felt "rushed". I like to read everything and did not quite feel like I had that opportunity. But again 4/5 stars overall. More

Great dealership with integrity My husband and I had a great experience at Marin Acura. We interacted with Greg at our first visit to Marin Acura when we test drove the RDX and were My husband and I had a great experience at Marin Acura. We interacted with Greg at our first visit to Marin Acura when we test drove the RDX and were still considering other crossover SUVs. He took us on a great test drive and really explained the features for the RDX well. We did not get any pressure to buy and Greg gave us great advice as to how to narrow down our search and what aspects to consider for our needs. After finishing our evaluation of all the other crossover SUVs, we decided that the RDX was the best fit for us. We submitted an official inquiry through Costco for Costco pricing and one of the dealerships that responded was Marin Acura. After a quick call with Eddie, who was the contact person listed for the Costco pricing, we found that Marin Acura offered the most competitive price compared to other dealership (all honoring Costco pricing) and we decided that we would purchase with them. Eddie made coming in to sign and pay for the car effortless by preparing all the paperwork before we made the drive in, and even though the dealership was nearing closing time, he stayed afterwards and made sure to show us all the neat features and uses of our new car. Marin Acura is definitely a dealership I would come back to for another Acura purchase, if we are considering another Acura in the future. More
