Great experience today with Acura Service I brought in our MDX for the routine A1 service, but quickly upon intaking our car, the service department noticed: -2 nails in our tires -tires ver I brought in our MDX for the routine A1 service, but quickly upon intaking our car, the service department noticed: -2 nails in our tires -tires very low on tread -cabin and engine air filters needed replacing -battery about to die. Michelle did a great job explaining each item and was conscientious about the cost implications. We did everything but the tires which I'll replace in a few weeks. The customer lounge was clean, lots of coffee and snacks, the tv had World Cup on, and wifi was fast for me to do work while I waited. In and out in a little over an hour. Like I said, great experience overall and will keep coming back. Thank you Michelle! More

She was very honest and took great care of me and the car. They gave me a ride home and the car was ready in the afternoon. Overall a great deal all the way around. Can't say enough! More

Did a test drive and then sat down to talk numbers. The numbers worked out and I was very happy with the process. The financing was quick and we returned the next day for them to give us a very clean car and walk through all its functions. Manny and Daniel gave my wife detailed explanations at two different appts about how all the new tech items of the new RDX work.
