Great experience today with Acura Service I brought in our MDX for the routine A1 service, but quickly upon intaking our car, the service department noticed: -2 nails in our tires -tires ver I brought in our MDX for the routine A1 service, but quickly upon intaking our car, the service department noticed: -2 nails in our tires -tires very low on tread -cabin and engine air filters needed replacing -battery about to die. Michelle did a great job explaining each item and was conscientious about the cost implications. We did everything but the tires which I'll replace in a few weeks. The customer lounge was clean, lots of coffee and snacks, the tv had World Cup on, and wifi was fast for me to do work while I waited. In and out in a little over an hour. Like I said, great experience overall and will keep coming back. Thank you Michelle! More

Took it in yesterday and my service advisor Michelle Martinez was terrific. She has a wonderful personality and is knowledegable about the service and repairs possibly needed. She was very honest and took great care of me and the car. They gave me a ride home and the car was ready in the afternoon. Overall a great deal all the way around. Can't say enough! More

It was the first dealer on my list and I did not end up going to anyone else on my list. It was close to closing, but they didn't act like it was a bother. Did a test drive and then sat down to talk numbers. The numbers worked out and I was very happy with the process. The financing was quick and we returned the next day for them to give us a very clean car and walk through all its functions. Eddie was great to work with and kept me informed about everything as we were doing it. More
