Smooth and very pleasent buying experience I just moved to bay area from MA and was looking for a cpo cars, I was open for others brand as well. Initially I inquired online and Eddie Gutfeld got back to me, and he was very helpful. The dealership was far from where I was staying, but I am glad that I made the trip. Eddie is very professional and explained things very well. In the end I got my dream car Acura RLX from Marin Acura. Eddie has played very important role in this purchase, as to me customer care is very important part of any business. If you get treated well in the beginning you hope that you should have similar experience after car buying as well. I also hope this would be the case, and Eddie and Marin Acura will keep supporting this purchase in future as well, in case I have any questions and concerns with the vehicle. Overall the car buying experience at Marin Acura was really great and smooth, and would highly recommend to my friends as well. Only thing I was not very satisfied with the interest rate on car loan I got despite of my excellent credit but will refinance my loan hopefully later to get lower rates.
