Great Experience! Edmond was great from the get go. I submitted my interest online and heard from him within minutes. On the way back from San Francisco, while traveling back to Mendocino after my mom's surgery, we had to pull off of the freeway because my car was severely overheating. Thank goodness that across the road from the place I had parked there was Marin Acura, and all of the wonderful people who work there. I walked over to see if someone could come over to look at the car, and give us an estimate. I was asked to drive across the street, and they put the car on the rack, totally checked it out, and redid the hose. I tried to pay for the work, but they wouldn't accept a payment. Meanwhile, my mom was in a lovely waiting room being served fruit and tea. She wasn't in the best of shape, but talking to the people who came in just to check on her and say hello really helped bouy up her spirits. The car was also in perfect shape again, and after we said our goodbyes, we made it back without any problems. We both were very lucky, and are very grateful, to have had the warm help and kindness that were shown to us by everyone we met there. Because their actions speak to character, and due to my personal experience with the quality of the people who work there, I would highly recommend Marin Acura to anyone. And as a side note, I must say that while there I looked at a few of the cars, and they were beautiful! More

Amazing Experience buying my 1st Car !!!! After doing a lot of searching and researching cars online I found an Acura ILX I liked and made an appointment with Edmund to check it out. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by friendly faces. I test drove the car and Edmund answered all of my questions. I was really impressed by his knowledge of cars which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. I decided to buy the car. I was already pre-approved for a car loan from my credit union but they were able to get me a better rate. JP walked me through the paperwork. I really appreciated his sense of humor. I also have to mention Daniel who walked me through all the features of the car. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Marin Acura !!!! More
