DETAILS: After a less-than-stellar experience at Lexus of Marin the we NUTSHELL: Pleasant, personal, prompt, professional, positive, and PAINLESS. DETAILS: After a less-than-stellar experience at Lexus of Marin the weekend before, I spontaneously called Marin Acura one day after work and said I'd be in 15 minutes later to look at whatever was more-or-less equivalent to a Lexus NX. Edmond was ready with two used RDXs in my price range. During the test drives, Edmond explained the features of the RDX and answered all my questions, but without the "sales pitch" that one often gets from sales people. (He also patiently listened to my complaints about the Lexus dealership, but without jumping on the bandwagon; very professional.) Edmond navigated the preliminary paperwork process efficiently and effectively; not once did I feel like I was waiting around unnecessarily. Then he introduced me to finance director Jean-Pierre Kabbara who made the financial paperwork process entertaining and fun, and who also seemed focused on efficiency and effectiveness. When the sale was complete, Edmond made certain I was comfortable with the basic vehicle features and asked me to return sometime during the next few days for a complete review of ALL the features with their specialist, Ricardo, which I did; I was very impressed by Ricardo's knowledge and thoroughness. Edmond showed me around the facilities, which were impeccable; truly the nicest I've seen during my search for a car over the past several weeks. Additionally, he made a point of introducing me to general manager, Debi Stevens-Byrnes, who not only welcomed me to "the Acura family", but also knew without being reminded that I'm a teacher. For someone like me, who doesn't like shopping in general, much less shopping for a car, the entire process was painless. I'm happy to be part of this "family". ;-) More

Enjoyable and painless Started our contact with Edmond via e-mail, gave him the model my wife was interested in. Of course she fell in love with it, especially the all-wheel drive. Walked in to do the paperwork, because my wife was not going to go home without her new car. JP was quite humorous, knowledgeable and efficient, we were finished within an hour. My wife then went over to learn how to use all of the tech,with, I believe his name is Daniel, who was very patient with my wife. She learned so much, that she almost feels she can fly a plane! All and all our experience in purchasing a 2019 RDX AWD w/Adv Tech with the assistance of Edmond, Jean-Pierre and Daniel made our Saturday well worth it and me with a very happy wife! More
