Nassim and the finance manager made it a great experience. We already had a 3.6L TLX we leased at this location. We had confidence we could get a good look at new options to replace an RDX that one of the kidd We already had a 3.6L TLX we leased at this location. We looked at several choices and then Nassim guided us to a vehicle that was just right for us. We wanted a little more flash than the typical RDX and we got that. The finance manager worked the phones and helped get the finance piece in place to our expectations. Petty happy all round. More

Spot Delivery Scam ( Read about this on the internet) Traded in 2018 Suv for a used sports car. Between Jean Pierre & Nassim they pressured me to come in between 6:30-7:00 Pm on 4/7/20. 1st reason their r Traded in 2018 Suv for a used sports car. Between Jean Pierre & Nassim they pressured me to come in between 6:30-7:00 Pm on 4/7/20. 1st reason their rush to get me in there was the finance Manager Jean Pierre said the lender (Capital One ) may change their mind on the financing so better to sign the papers tonight than their 2nd reason the car might not be here tomorrow because it is so popular. Fool I am I took the bait. My test drive consisted of a couple spins around the back parking lot of the dealership. After signing the contract the Jean Pierre assured me the financing was approved asked for a 9K deposit plus 2k payoff on my trade-in. I left with the car first thing I noticed driving down the road at 35 mph a knocking noise under the right front wheel. I called the next day they told me they never heard this noise before. I bring it to my mechanic needs front shocks and struts ($3,600.00) in addition an oil leak around the timing belt ($330.00) Jean Pierre's response will not replace both shocks but only one, and all cars have a slight oil leak. Really?? According to Nassim, all their pre-own cars go through a stringent inspection. Lol. Right sure they do. The best part of this fiasco is on 4/14/20 I ask John Pierre about financing is really approved he replies of course but I come to realize it's not. He tells me they could not verify income? I have been driving a car for 7 days and put down a large deposit for them to tell me on the 7th day the financing fell through?? Nice. Bottom line these two are typical car salesman bait & switch tactics and very deceptive. Fortunately, I canceled the check and removed some funds so the check would not go through. Their response to this was they are not deceptive and they are not in the business to do things like this (Spot Delivery Scam). Really wow!! Could have fooled me!! More

Buying a vehicle can be stressful. Buying one during a pandemic could have made the whole experience seem like something they make movies about! But even before setting foot inside the dealership, Nassim pandemic could have made the whole experience seem like something they make movies about! But even before setting foot inside the dealership, Nassim had me feeling calmer than a monk on morphine. He sent me a video ahead of time showing me the vehicle, informing me it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. His demeanor when I arrived put me at ease, and he told me I would be leaving with a smile on my face. He did not disappoint. All of the staff was courteous and made sure our safety was a priority. Excellent and Honest help buying a car. This was may second experience buying a car at Marin Acura. I am retiring my 2004 Acura TL (purchased at Marin Acura in 2013) after 100,000 worry free This was may second experience buying a car at Marin Acura. I am retiring my 2004 Acura TL (purchased at Marin Acura in 2013) after 100,000 worry free miles. I knew I wanted to buy another Acura and Christine Brown was my guide and mentor for this process at Marin Acura. I have never met a more knowledgeable and experienced salesperson. Most importantly she listened to my unique requirements in a car and never tried to fit me into a car that ignored those essentials. The manager was personable and quick to understand my budget restrictions. Their finance director, Nassim Kabbara was intelligent, efficient and humorous which I know may seem like an oxymoron: how is it possible that a 30 minute meeting with a Finance Director could be 'entertaining'? Finally, I feel so pleased and happy with my new car (Acura TLX 2017 with technology package) because I trust that Marin Acura and specifically, Christine Brown will be there to answer my questions and honor their agreements through the life of my car. So far I am really enjoying the car Nassim is a very honest and great salesman. He helped me get the best deal possible during the negotiation process. In addition after I bought the Lex Nassim is a very honest and great salesman. He helped me get the best deal possible during the negotiation process. In addition after I bought the Lexus there were problems with the car for example the alternator was bad. Nassim helped me get the alternator fixed even though I did not take an insurance policy at the time of sale.
