After we agreed on an out the door price by phone it was as simple as going in and signing papers. No hassel, no gimmicks, no pressure to upgrade. We were in and out in under two hours including the test drive time. Edmond was extremely knowledgeable, sincere , and accomodating. Before figuring out that it was a piece of tape, I thought the paint was uneven on the car door after I brought the car home. When I called Edmond about it, he actually offered to come to my home, pick up the car to have it looked at, and to deliver a replacement vehicle for me to drive meanwhile. Now that's service! Mike, the store manager was a true gentleman who made this experience a real pleasure. Jean Pierre helped us a great deal in working out the financial details of purchasing the car. Of course, they offered some additional options (warranties, etc.), but were not pushy at all when we declined. Even though there are about five Acura dealerships closer to us, we'd definitely make the drive out to Marin Acura again if we were to purchase another Acura. More
