After we agreed on an out the door price by phone it was as simple as going in and signing papers. No hassel, no gimmicks, no pressure to upgrade. We were in and out in under two hours including the test drive time. Edmond was extremely knowledgeable, sincere , and accomodating. Before figuring out that it was a piece of tape, I thought the paint was uneven on the car door after I brought the car home. When I called Edmond about it, he actually offered to come to my home, pick up the car to have it looked at, and to deliver a replacement vehicle for me to drive meanwhile. Now that's service!
