Our first experience with Marin Acura was when we called to inquire about warranty prices and we spoke with Jean-Pierre. When Jean-Pierre realized that we had already done our research and that we were rea to inquire about warranty prices and we spoke with Jean-Pierre. When Jean-Pierre realized that we had already done our research and that we were ready to purchase a specific color and trim of the RDX, he informed us that he had the exact car we were looking for and made us an offer. When we went to the dealership, we were met at the door by Steven Kerekesh. Steven then took us to Jean-Pierre's office where we started the paperwork for buying the car. While we were in Jean-Pierre's office, Michael Gafford came in, introduced himself, and asked if everything was going well. After we finished with Jean-Pierre, Steven then completed the paperwork and walked us through the electronics of the car. Throughout our car purchasing process, we found Michael, Jean-Pierre, and Steven to be extremely professional and courteous. After we purchased our car, we received a follow-up telephone call and an email from Patty Meno, the customer relations manager. We also received an email from Debi Stevens-Byrnes, the general manager thanking us for our purchase. Our experience with Marin Acura has left us with the impression that this dealership is very attentive to customers' needs and places a high level of emphasis in customer satisfaction. More
Dean was very friendly and immediately took care of me. Being mechanically challenged and not familiar with automobile terminology, I attempted to tell him why I was there. I'd received a letter regarding a potential problem with the car shaking at certain speeds. Dean explained it and took right over with the details. He told me all they'd do, plus washing, etc. He offered transportation, asked if the time was convenient. He told me what to expect and when. All went well and I was pleased with everything......and therevwas no charge. One other thing regarding Dean. When I was in for a checkup over a year go, I ordered paint for touching up a scratch. When it came in he not only explained how to get the best results, he came out and did the paint touch up himself. Now that's service. More
One afternoon I decided it was time to trade in the my 2008 TL for a new MDX. I called Ben Roytman at about 4pm. We met at the dealership and sent me for a test drive, while he worked on an appraisal for 2008 TL for a new MDX. I called Ben Roytman at about 4pm. We met at the dealership and sent me for a test drive, while he worked on an appraisal for my TL as a trade-in. He and Edmond Kim listened to what were my requirements as far as model and features. They were transparent with pricing and discounts. Ben spent time confirming that the pricing was competitive and was more than fair on the trade-in value. We had a deal. Edmond quickly piloted me through the paperwork and escorted me over to the finance department where, Jean-Pierre whisked me through signing all the finance and title docs with his usual good humor and insights (this is the third purchase he has walked me through). When I was done, Kim had the car detailed and programmed the NavSystem with all my preferences and personal settings and took me through the tutorial of all the basics. I was out the door in about two hours. But the service did not stop there. They followed up to see how the car and I were getting along and to make sure everything was up to snuff. Great Team! Keeps me coming back. More

Before leaving, I met Michael and he gave me some numbers to mull over. Sounded good, but I wasn't interested in new. After doing my own research, and talking to other dealers, I discovered that the car I wanted wasn't readily available in my color choice. I called Mike to confirm his great offer and was considering other colors. He called me back to inform me that he had the car color I wanted, but only in the base model. After more research and considering my needs, I decided the base model was the better choice. We negotiated price/extras on the phone and finalized the deal before I even arrived. Mike, Jerry, Alex and team were great and the buying experience was without a hitch. Thank you guys! More

We walked in this past Saturday thinking we wanted either an MDX or a Ford Explorer. We were in great hands with Mani. He took for a test drive, gave a good analysis of the differences between the Ford Expl an MDX or a Ford Explorer. We were in great hands with Mani. He took for a test drive, gave a good analysis of the differences between the Ford Explorer (fully upgraded) and how/why the MDX was a better car for the money. Everything that he said as consistent with our own research between the two models/brands. (For the record, Ford makes great cars, no disrespect). We just found the car that was right for us. We were able to negotiate several upgrades and Mani was very fair, professional, easy going and help us get the deal done in a few hours. He was also kind enough to drop off our new vehicle a day later after the finishing touches were completed on our upgrades. Great dealership. Highly recommend! If you are looking for a terrific car brand and a very pleasant business transaction, this is your place. I will also be using Marin Acura for service of my vehicle as well. Thanks again!!! More
