factory recall and they scheduled service. took the truck apart and did not have the part. now i have to reschedule. They where very nice but i think they should have checked stock before scheduling. More

However, there are specific recalls that require a mechanical inspection (with photos to be submitted to Toyota, for approval) before we can order parts. Your recall may have been the latter - and we apologize that this was not clearly explained to you before the appointment was scheduled. Thank you again for your feedback.
