Made appt online for 12:30, for routine maintenance, received confirmation day before for 9:30. Was able to change time to 12:15. Arrived at 12N and waited for car. Maintenance did not finish until 2:45 received confirmation day before for 9:30. Was able to change time to 12:15. Arrived at 12N and waited for car. Maintenance did not finish until 2:45! I asked for discount and was given $25 credit. Almost 3 hours to rotate tires and check fluid levels is unacceptable since I was waiting. There is also an issue with your online appt system. More

Purchased my 2006 Avalon at Marietta Toyota, have been having it serviced there for the past 16 years. Today, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by a friendly service p having it serviced there for the past 16 years. Today, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by a friendly service person. I felt I would get the work done on my car that I asked for. From experience, I always expect an up-sell. One service guy tried to tell me I needed new tires, I did not. Turns out, it was the wrong vehicle and persons paperwork (2014 Camry). After I told the young man, he was quite friendly, that it wasn’t my car, he apologized and went about his way. Then another service person told me I needed a new cable for my battery. I asked him to show me what he was talking about, he did. All it was was built up battery acid on the cable. I told him I’d remove it myself. I don’t have an issue paying for the warranted service my car needs, what I do mind is trying to sell me on unnecessary services. I like this dealership and the service personnel. I don’t like the push for add-ons.” More

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and never had any majors issues. The one time there was an issue, it was corrected immediately and I was pleased with the outcome.
