Carley was knowledgeable, nice, and answered all my questions. We called on a Thursday afternoon, dropped off the car Friday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon. This dealership is further but we will be coming here for all our fired service needs if they continue with the high level of excellence we experienced this visit. After dealing with the previous dealership, all our fired service needs if they continue with the high level of excellence we experienced this visit. After dealing with the previous dealership, I was ready to trade my vehicle to avoid interacting with that (non)service department again. I trust Marietta toyota, service dept Alex Patel, to listen to any concerns I might have with my car and to check and advise me if it's nothing to be concerned with or fix the problems. I usually leave the facility confident that all repairs have been completed. I've never had to return with the same concerns or complaints and I will continue to bring my vehicle to that facility for any work needed. More

The service center wait time fluctuates drastically. We waited 3 hours for a simple oil change appointment. An oil change appointment should never last 3 hours. Once we finally got the car back, the front seat was drastically adjusted from our normal settings. Very unprofessional to keep paper in the cars for the customer to remove.
