When the deal was cut, he asked if we minded him handing it off to Bill, we said no, and Bill was just as courteous and focused. I purchased my first Toyota from Marietta Toyota in 1992. I have been extremely satisfied with their services....until 2006...when it appeared the salesman (who is no longer there) did not want my business. Last year, as I was waiting to get my oil changed, I ran into Perry Kinney who asked me if I needed help. I told him I was being helped...one thing led to another and I told him about my unpleasant experience with the dealership in 2006. He gave me his card-asked me to contact him when our leases (Joe and I lease 2 cars every 3-4 years) expired as Marietta Toyota did indeed value our patronage. Last week we leased 2 new cars from Perry. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we would get the cars we wanted within our budget as we are retired. He is a true professional....a wealth of knowledge about financing, car taxes, you name it....if he did not know the answer to a question, he knew where to go to find it...I will not hesitate to recommend him and the dealer to friends AND will be returning in 3 years to lease a new Avalon from him. From beginning to end my experience at the dealership was an excellent one. The time each gentleman took to make sure my questions were answered and I was purchasing the car I wanted was outstanding. The no pressure sale was a relief. I was asked what I was looking for in a car and then I was shown a variety of choices to test drive. After narrowing down my choice to 2 cars, I was shown how each car option worked on the newer vehicles. I was then brought into financing. At this point, I was shown all the differnt payment/incentive options so that I could get the best car for my money. I was then presented with a coupon book filled with free services & oil changes. My experience was one in which I will be a returning customer and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same. More

I have purchased 2 cars from Perry Kinney at Marietta Toyota. The experience I had when I bought my first car from him is what made me know that I would never buy another car from anybody else. I was torn between the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry. I went to Marietta Toyota first and drove the Camry and asked all the questions I could think of. I then went to the Honda dealership and asked my questions there. When I decided to go back to Toyota to purchase the Camry, Perry was right there ready to find the EXACT one I wanted. A month after I bought it, Perry called me to ensure that I still loved it as much as I did when I drove it off the lot. I have since traded in the Camry and purchased a Highlander!!!! Fantastic car buying experience!!!! No pressure, totally knowledgeable sales man, and a very friendly environment. More
