They gave me an excellent trade-in on my older Lexus and offered multiple financing options. Good deal overall! Perry was a real pleasure to deal with! No pressure, very personable and took the time to fully explain and demonstrate ALL the vehicle features. Even plugged his personal cell-phone number into our new car system and made it clear we could call him at any time. On April 17th, I went to Marietta Toyota for an appt. to purchase a new 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan. I was sent there through the Costco program. Our assigned sales person, Perry Kinney, was so rude to me purchase a new 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan. I was sent there through the Costco program. Our assigned sales person, Perry Kinney, was so rude to me, my husband and my five year old son. Every question I asked was given a curt response. He was often disrespectful and condescending. No extra explanations on features or questions on what we were looking for and why. It was clear he didn't care if we bought a car from him. He insulted my trade-in car and when I asked for a copy of the write up he did on the estimate he asked me "Why, you don't need it. Can't you just write the information down?" I even asked if I had done something to offend him and he said no. I said, "well you are being very rude." He didn't say a word. Nothing. Just walked away from me and didn't even say goodbye to us. We left. We drove straight over to World Toyota where not only did we receive the most incredible welcome and customer service, but we bought an even more expensive Minivan than we had planned. Everyone at World Toyota was a pleasure to work with, the environment was happy, friendly and festive. Not only will I never go back to Marietta Toyota, but I will tell everyone I know how incredibly rude their employees are to customers. More

Phillip Malone contacted me immediately, gave me a price that was much better than anything I had been quoted. Although I live in Middle Tennessee, I planned to be visiting in the Oakwood/Gainesville area so searched that area as well as locally. When I arrived in Georgia and went to Marietta Toyota, they had the care I wanted and everything was just as it was presented to me over the phone. It was a completely painless procedure which I cannot say for other new car purchases that I have made. I had all the information I needed before I ever left home. More

Philip Malone is very honest, knowledgeable, treats customers with utmost respect. He was always very patient explaining about the car specifications, not once but three times. About the dealership, they were able to trade in my current car and and completed all the paperwork within few hours and I was able to ride home with my new car. My salesman was Robert Glover. Robert is extremely personable and patient. He is also very knowledgeable about the products. Mr. Higham did the paperwork and I felt it took too long, and that he should have stepped out and told me that it would be awhile, and I could have gone and gotten lunch.
