Very polite; knows his product. Never pushy; didn't do the "bait & switch" that I fear from car dealerships. Stephen was very attentive thru the entire purchase process. This was our first new car purchase in over 10 years. We weren’t sure whether we would buy a new truck or fix up the 12 year old clunker. Alex guided us through the process from start to delivery and follow-up. We never felt any pressure. Sales manager Scott Swaggerty, was great, as was Jim Greenhaw. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock so Glenn Mollman, the inventory manager, told us of a dealership where we could see a truck with the color combination we thought we wanted. When we finally decided what we wanted Glenn was very efficient in getting our new truck quickly. The finance guy, Mark, explained our options when we finalized the deal. We feel we got a good vehicle at a great price and have no hesitation in recommending Marietta Toyota to our friends and anyone in the market for a new vehicle. During our several visits we encountered numerous sales personnel. Every single one was pleasant and helpful.
