Good service, kind and helpful employees. I understand that everyone is short staffed so I’m not about to fault the Toyota service employees for taking too long. Emissions testing usually takes 5 minutes, but took about 50 minutes here for some reason. More

I appreciate the timely manner i was able to get in and get out. I was there for maybe under an hour…BUT, when i got my car back into my possession, i was very disappointed. My middle console was organized and when i opened it after my service was done, my things were all over the place as if someone was looking through it. Papers were no longer organized and together, and rather crumbled up. My cash in my change storage on the left side of the wheel was gone. I confronted my advisor, Jonathan Thomas, about it and he looked as if he could care less. He stated “i don’t know what to tell you, i had my best guy work on the car” (which was Nehemiah Jones according to my paper work). He didn’t even try to help one bit or showed any ounce of concern. Not only were my things ruffled through and property taken, when i pulled off from the dealership, my tire pressure light came on. I would think when getting my tires rotated, you guys would at least check my tires out completely, but i guess they were too busy going through my things. As a customer, i shouldn’t have to leave a service appointment with warning lights on my brand new camry. Made me wonder did i come there to get a service or did i come there to get robbed. This was my first time coming to this location and will definitely be my last. More

Do not go here if you are a woman going in alone - the men at the dealership will try to scam you. They tried to confuse me with the pricing and kept changing the monthly amount.
