Thank you for your feedback. The COVID disruption of the supply chain has impacted the Collision Repair Center. With the supply chain issues, our Collision Team may do 12+ hours of work, dissembling a vehicle to locate all the damage - and when the Collision Technician goes to re-assemble the vehicle - we may be held up waiting on 1 part to complete the repair and re-assemble the vehicle. Why does that matter to your vehicle? While your repair may not have required parts, the prior vehicle(s) being repaired may have. Those vehicles that are held up parts, take up rack space and floor space in our shop - and they cannot be re-assembled without the missing parts - so there is a delay in getting your vehicle into the shop to correct your issue. Again, we apologize - we never want to keep a vehicle longer than necessary. While we are unable to locate your specific record under this screen name, "Pat", we would encourage you to reach out to our Collision Center Manager, Mr. Chuck Greer, at (770)422-1490, if you have additional feedback.
