factory recall and they scheduled service. took the truck apart and did not have the part. now i have to reschedule. They where very nice but i think they should have checked stock before scheduling. More

Thank you for the feedback Bill. We will check the records to see what happened during your visit. Typically, we order parts for any recall repair as soon as the appointment is scheduled. However, there are specific recalls that require a mechanical inspection (with photos to be submitted to Toyota, for approval) before we can order parts.
