I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra on 1/26/21 and the pre and aftersales experience was terrible. David McDonald was my salesperson, he did not walk we though any of the features and functions of our new Tu and aftersales experience was terrible. I stressed to him that I wanted to get all accessories ordered and installed as soon as possible during the purchase experience. He didn't follow through on my requested actions and pricing. I spent most of my day working with Rod Sanderson to get all post sales pricing and scheduling done. Thank you Rod for your help! David called me this morning to follow up and when I expressed my dissatisfaction and offered him feedback he proceeded to explain that he did the best he could do and he wasn't going to do anything else. Additionally he explained that he was off yesterday, and that I should be happy that he purchased a quarter pounder meal from McDonalds for me on Wednesday, then HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! WOW!
