The service department was very busy when I came in for my appointment so it took a few minutes to get checked in. The personnel was courteous & helpful. Horrible experience with service center. Service Writer was bizarrely angry when I advised that I could leave the car another day to have a door lock repair. When I attempted to pick up my Service Writer was bizarrely angry when I advised that I could leave the car another day to have a door lock repair. When I attempted to pick up my car, the Service Writer Harry McCalla would not provide an invoice. I had to ask a representative at the rental car counter, Shannon, to help. It took 30 minutes to get the invoice during which the Service Writer shouted and behaved in a grossly unprofessional manner. The representative from the rental counter stated that the Service Writer refused to speak to her because she was helping me. The Service Writer's reaction was simply bizarre. Shannon was a tremendous help - she was professional and courteous at all times. I was a customer for years but will never go back. More

I always take my car to Marietta Toyota for service. Today Steve assisted me and did a great job. He informed me of the repair needed and how long I would need to wait.
