Being a true Toyota fan owning 3 at the moment, I have never had a more sloppy service tech experience than my first visit at the Cobb Parkway store. Outside of watching the service tech playing around while I had been waiting almost two and a half hours for an oil change to find that my truck was covered with oil in the interior and well as exterior. I need to hear from a service manager regarding my experience as soon as possible. My scheduler and service writer was great to include the lot porter Tyler. But, oil on my seat, door panel, inside my glove box and kick plate is plain terrible. The customer experience of Toyota I hope is not failing the customers at this time. My steering was cleaned but now looks faded. Not sure what the chemicals are that was used. I look forward to hearing from this store soon. V/r Will
