We apologize that you were frustrated by your experience with our sales team. We have reviewed the recorded call logs. We agree that communication could have been better – to clarify, during all the recorded phone calls, both team members clearly stated several times that the 4Runner was available for sale – but it was NOT on the lot as of yet – that it was in transit from manufacturer and was expected to arrive at the dealership within 72 hrs. The salesperson should have called you back promptly. We have discussed this with him. During all these phone calls, pricing was never questioned or asked about. We apologize – our team, knowing the situation, should have gone over the pricing, in detail with you. We have played these calls, for our team, for training purposes. All pricing, including the Market Adjustment and the Accessory Package, is clearly disclosed on our website, under the button labeled “START PURCHASE”, with detailed information available under the “Taxes and Fees”. We understand that every deal can make or break our reputation with our community, and we want our community, our friends, families and neighbors, that we will treat them with respect when they visit our place of business. What does not appear in your review is how you and your wife treated our staff members. When your wife arrived at the dealership, the vehicle had not arrived yet. Our sales team offered to pay for a hotel room and dinner. Your wife told them to “Go eat a D—K” and cursed at everyone, who was trying to help her, in the middle of the showroom.

Do you have video/audio recording of this exchange? As stated above? IF NOT this is clearly DEFAMATION, (the action of damaging the good reputation of someone; slander or libel) of her character and person. "Your wife told them to “Go eat a D—K” and cursed at everyone, who was trying to help her, in the middle of the showroom. This is not appropriate behavior at any place of business."
