I visited this dealership as part of the Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer program. Upon submission of my information to KBB I was contacted by the dealership so I scheduled an appointment and visited. Thi Instant Cash Offer program. Upon submission of my information to KBB I was contacted by the dealership so I scheduled an appointment and visited. This is where the poor experience began. Upon arrival I was asked for contact information that had already been provided as part of the KBB process and again when I scheduled the appointment. This theme continued when I was assigned to a consultant who asked for mileage and VIN information, which again had already been provided. After a cursory view of my vehicle by the consultant and manager, they returned with a price that was thousands lower than the KBB price. I asked why the discrepancy and I was given a number of reasons that were direct contradictions to the process in an effort to justify the much lower offer. Things such as miles and potential sales area. Contradictory since miles and zip code are part of the KBB process. They were not interested in my car, which is fine, but instead of being transparent they fabricated reasons for the low offer on top of an inefficient and redundant process. More
This has been the worst new car buying experience from any dealer I have ever had. Way too many issues to detail here howevwer, my biggest issue is that despite buying a brand new vehicle, I have been un any dealer I have ever had. I had been considering replacing my car for a while and had been discussing it with Quavantae Holmes, salesman at Marietta Toyota. Unfortunately the day I stopped in to car shop Mr. Holmes was previously b had been discussing it with Quavantae Holmes, salesman at Marietta Toyota. Unfortunately the day I stopped in to car shop Mr. Holmes was previously busy with other Dealership business. However Joshua Lyons was available to fill in in his absence. Mr. Lyons was very knowledgeable, patient and professional in showing me and test driving several used and new vehicles. Through some negotiation we were able to arrive at a price we could both be comfortable with on the car I decided on purchasing. I'm happy to say I have a new vehicle (2024 Rav4 LE) that I look forward to enjoying for the next 8-10 years while the country works its way thru their anticipated transition of ICE, Hybrid and EV vehicles. Thank you Mr. Holmes and Mr. Lyons for your help and expertise in this experience. Marietta Toyota is fortunate to have such dedicated, knowledgeable and professional salespeople on their team. More
My husband and I attended a Braves/Ranger game last night in GA, and on out way back to TN this morning, our truck started acting up. We stopped at the Marrietta Toyota Service Dept., and Steve Hanna, Servic in GA, and on out way back to TN this morning, our truck started acting up. We stopped at the Marrietta Toyota Service Dept., and Steve Hanna, Service Advisor, had our truck looked at, got us taken care of and on our way within an hour, 1 1/2. He was so very helpful, polite, courteous and friendly! We even received a military discount! Thank you so much Steve!!! We sure were stressing!! I sure hope Service Departments in TN take care of travelers as you took care of us!!! A great shout out to Steve Hanna!!!! More
Everything went decently. However, I believe I waited too long for a factory maintenance. I had an appointment at 3pm and did not receive my car until 2 hours later at 5. I was never given an estimated wait time or an update. I can’t help but believe that my car service was forgotten until I finally asked about when my car would be ready, which only then after 25 mins my car was ready. More
