Took the vehicle to another dealership which is a legitimate franchised Chrysler dealership. After the vehicle was inspected there were over $4,000 worth of drive train and brake issues. All the bearings were shot, axles were shot, rear brakes were shot. No brake pads and needed new rotors. That's after owning the vehicle a week. It sat at the dealership for a week then I was told I had to bring it to Marietta Auto Sales to get it fixed. I was told that "Marietta Auto Sales will make it right and fix the issues". Wrong....This story goes on and on about the run around I was put through and how the GM is ALWAYS in a meeting even though I have called and given them a false name and was connected with no problem. I have no problem with the sales staff because they are doing what they are told to do. I have all the paper work if Marietta Auto Sales would like to call me. I'd guess they are going to either ignore this as they have all other issues I have brought to they're attention or throw up one of those computer generated responses. BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND BRING A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WITH YOU. Because they will tell you the other dealership is just making up repairs to make money. Not only am I relaying that to the other dealership but I am going to pass this along. Actually, I would completely avoid this dealership. My rating in ZERO STARS More

Stay Away Flew from Dallas, TX to purchase a vehicle. All arrangements were made PRIOR to arrival, including a $500 deposit. Driver picked me up 1 hour late at Flew from Dallas, TX to purchase a vehicle. All arrangements were made PRIOR to arrival, including a $500 deposit. Driver picked me up 1 hour late at airport, even though they had my exact flight and arrival time the day before. Finally arrived at dealership only to find the paperwork NOT ready and another 45 minute delay. Mind you, this was a completely cash transaction, AND there were only 2 other customers in the showroom. After completing the paperwork, it took another 60 minutes to provide me my copies of the paperwork. During this process, the vehicle was getting cleaned and gas tank filled. Two hours later the vehicle was presented, WITH AN EMPTY TANK OF GAS. I was handed $10 in cash as an apology. As I had additional flights to make during the day, those flights were missed and Marietta Auto has not responded to any request for compensation of the flights or for lack of a FULL tank of gas. Dealership then calls me and complains about my review, and making excuses for traffic. You knew what time my flight arrived, so your guy should have allowed enough time for THE WORST TRAFFIC. Additionally, this dealership states they do NOT send customers off with a FULL tank of gas, like every OTHER dealership I have purchased a vehicle from. Absolutely pathetic and shameful behavior on the part of the dealership. As for the sales team, Christopher Wright and Sedrick Mosley are two of the worst liars you can find. And they do not follow up properly on anything. The dealership and staff are just too unprofessional, and I've NEVER seen anything even close to their level of unprofessionalism. More

I went over and spoke with Arthur (Sales Mgr.), he was extremely courteous and gave me a good deal which I couldn't refuse. Avis was very helpful and the staff that I had come across were very courteous. I would definitely recommend Marietta Auto Sales to my friends and family. They changed my mind regarding used car buying. Avis keep it up. More

Our salesman, Carl Gray, was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the 2012 Toyota Sienna we bought. Carl patiently waited for us to hook up our toddler's car seat, took us on a loop to test the van on the highway and in town, then kindly allowed us to test out all the doodads on this fancy van (there are a LOT of doodads!). When we decided to purchase the car the sales team helped us fill out our paperwork quickly and we were out of there in about an hour or so. Do yourself a favor: request Carl Gray for a pleasant and informative shopping experience. We love our van! More

Poor customer service n misleading on trade Car bought here. Really low offer on trade, did not fully explain finance, gap ins, til after being here 5 hrs.
