I'm very pleased with the 2010 Jaguar XFR we purchased. It was exactly as Mr. Gray described. The Jaguar's quality and performance are true phenomenal. In track mode, this vehicle becomes a beast. DISHONEST & UNPROFESSIONAL I was told over the phone that the car I was interested in was in good condition, checked & serviced before placed out on the lot & if I have it check I was told over the phone that the car I was interested in was in good condition, checked & serviced before placed out on the lot & if I have it checked & something came up they would FIX it BEFORE I PURCHASE IT. I traveled 1.5 hours away & when I got there the salesman Anthony did not engage or tell me ANYTHING about the car. Because I got there late in the evening I had to rush off to take it to be checked out at a repair shop but they were all booked up & could only check the battery, starter, & alternator in which they told be the battery was bad & the car is a HYBRID. Also we noticed the car was on Empty, So I was nervous I would run out of gas. I took the car back to the dealership & told them about the battery & they claimed they would replace it with no problem. So I told them I would return the next day to take the car to be thoroughly checked & it's not FREE to have it checked so I asked again if there was anything wrong with the car & they continued to LIE & tell me no the car is in good condition. I left. The next day their receptionist Ty calls me before I called them to tell me the car was still available & she was very polite. I ask if they had replaced the battery & also told her to make sure they put a little gas in it so I don't run out. She put me on hold & came back & said yes they put a new battery in it, gas was put in it AND we also detailed the car for you to make sure it's nice & clean for you. I was like WOW ok how nice, especially since I never asked them to clean it. I get to the dealership 1.5 hours away only to find out that the car is STILL on EMPTY!!! AND HAD NEVER BEEN DETAILED!!! It look exactly the same as the day before!! So Anthony the salesman barely moving & barely talking says well I'm going to back it up over there & put some gas in it. I'm like why did Yal LIE & say this had been done!! Please hurry because I have to get to the car repair shop & you are messing with my time! I came too far to not get this car checked out. So he took at least 15min & came back & says Oh we don't have no gas So I'm gonna have to take Yal to get some. I told him to please just get out & I'm going to have to take my chances because it's late & plus I have someone waiting on me. So I take it to the repair shop & they are showing me how oil is leaking all over everything under the engine & tells me DO NOT BUY THIS CAR!! They lied to you! They knew this car had this problem & it's VERY EXPENSIVE TO FIX. A seal was cracked at the rear of the engine & the pan was damaged! They showed me with a flashlight & oil was everywhere! The car was As-Is. So I took back to them & let them have it! Why would you waste my time & my money like that! It was $75 to get it checked & they knew I to pay someone to bring me to their dealership TWICE!!! I showed him The receipt they printed at the dealership telling what was wrong. The manager kept making excuses saying "well it's a used car. We did replace the battery. How we know they didn't do that trying to get some business. " I could not even tell that it was a new battery. I told him how unprofessional it is to LIE to customers, especially about something I NEVER ASKED ABOUT SUCH AS DETAILING THE CAR!! He kept saying "I don't know anything about that. I didn't do it. What was so unprofessional"? I was like REALLY? Not even an APOLOGY?!!? Your salesman right Here Anthony is the one responsible! Anthony just stood there looking stupid never saying a word. I told them here take this remote & I will tell the people to STAY AWAY FROM MARIETTA AUTO SALES!!! REALLY 0 STARS!! More
