Mark and Rick took care of us with deciding on which Porsche, and Toby helped with the finance. When we got the car home, we found the front brake pads are completely worn out. My husband is a mechanic and was planning to replace the pads himself. Then we found the wheel lock key was missing. I reached out to Rick and ended up going to the dealership because I didn't hear anything back. They were not helpful and did not seem to have any remorse or integrity. A reputable dealer checks to make sure a car is safe before selling it on their lot. We found multiple vehicles with dead batteries or a service vehicle light was on. They need to take more pride in providing sound and SAFE vehicles. Toby also told me that he would follow up with me about a better interest rate on Monday or Tuesday (bought the car on Saturday) but I never heard anything back from him. More
