Excellent personal service I initially found the car I wanted on Carfax, the list price there was 3k different to the price listed on their website but they were true to their w I initially found the car I wanted on Carfax, the list price there was 3k different to the price listed on their website but they were true to their word and honored the lower price with no issues. I really lucked out by getting Chuck Nunn as my sales rep he was awesome from start to finish, I had no credit history at all but he worked hard to get me a good finance deal for the car, even did so over the phone and didn’t pressure me to come in and see car first etc which I’ve had experience with in the past as sales reps can put more pressure on you face to face. The fact I had no credit history and very little to put down made my situation difficult but Chuck explored multiple options and was able to get me approved. When I came in store the reception I got was great he is a real down to earth trust worthy guy who I believe honestly has your best interests at heart rather than just looking for a sale. I was able to look at the car and come back and buy the next day in a process that was quick and easy. The inventory they have here is impressive to say the least and they cleaned the car before I left which was a nice touch. I Would highly recommend this showroom and especially Chuck Nunn as your sales rep if possible! More
