Straight lied to me Went in to look at a vehicle we had researched online and contacted them to make sure it was available. Got there and drove it, told me they would hold it for me if I filled out all the purchasing paperwork ahead of time. "That will make sure it doesn't get sold, " they said. I did and we put a plan in place to pick up the vehicle. They sold it almost as soon as I walked off the lot. When we were getting our financing paperwork together to pick the vehicle up, our lender is the one that told us they had sold it. They didn't even have the decency to pick up a phone. I gave them 3 ways to contact me, no effort to do so. When we called them, our salesman, Benny, wouldn't answer a text or return a phone call. They act like they care about helping you. They don't at all. Heard one of their salespeople joke about it feeling sketchy when you drive on their lot. Trust your feeling. More
