Good cars, rude management I purchased a used car here on a Friday afternoon and got it financed through them (bad decision). The dealer himself was nice and helpful. The APR wa I purchased a used car here on a Friday afternoon and got it financed through them (bad decision). The dealer himself was nice and helpful. The APR was ridiculous, but I still went through with the purchase. By the next week, I was told that the bank that initially agreed to finance my car had backed out of the deal for some undisclosed reason. The finance manager, Toby, tried to call me during my work hours and I was not available to answer. I also returned calls and left voicemails to no avail. By the time I spoke with him directly, he was aggressively rude and irrational. I was eventually threatened over the phone to bring the car back or have a warrant put out on my name for THEFT. I was able to get the car refinanced through another bank, outside of the dealership, with an incredibly better APR than what they were offering. It is not the fault of the customer when a bank backs out of a deal, AFTER you've successfully made the purchase and driven off the property, added insurance etc. Toby yelled about how he's had people scam him and drive off the property with cars worth over $100,000 in the recent weeks. Again, NOT my problem, and if you were more organized and less rude, those things wouldn't have happened to you. The dealer knew what was going on and did nothing to ease the frustrations of the customer, probably out of fear of Toby. Overall, the management team lacks organization, interpersonal skills and general respect. This was my first big purchase as a young adult, and my experience was terrifying. I would only recommend this dealership if you already have a bank willing to finance your vehicle, or if you are an older big white guy!!! They won't be as rude. They will definitely try their best to get over and make a quick sale. Typical dealership. More
