CHOOSE A SLOW DEATH FIRST Where to begin. After having driven from Alabama only to discover the car I originally came to view was a xxx ( though it llooked and was described as Where to begin. After having driven from Alabama only to discover the car I originally came to view was a xxx ( though it llooked and was described as like new ) I finally found another vehicle. Seeing how the dealership was already guilty of “ bait and switch” I should have just walked away. I already had rented a car, paid for a hotel room and boarded my dogs. The dealership knew this. Anyway, 7 hours later, after negotiating an interest rate and a warranty,(warranty comes with the car at no extra charge) I was to the point of exhaustion and told the finance woman my phone had died and I didn’t even know how to find my way back to the hotel room. I asked if anyone had an android charger. She told me no and said her computer wouldn’t let her print out a map to my hotel. Anyway, seeing how I was not the most lucid, she began having me sign up for a 3500 SERVICE CONTRACT, not a warranty as promised , sold me gap insurance for 1000, raised my interest rate as well as selling me detail service, window etching and some other worthless add ons to the tune of 6000 dollars above what we agreed. Not only that, they didn’t even give me the 1000 dollar discount promotion for buying a car during the Memorial Day weekend. Also supposed to have received 500 discount for the warranty they snuck in. NOPE. NO SUCH LUCK. 3500 dollars and it’s not even bumper to bumper. Now I’m a grown man and I did sign the contract, but these people are thieves. Look at their BBB rating at both stores D-. They have been forced to change their name. 100s of TERRIBLE REVIEWS. II have 30 days, by law, to cancel the add ons and they won’t do it. Won’t put you through to anyone and won’t return calls. Filed complaint with BBB, FTC and attorney general. Now in the process of retaining council and it seems as if my lawyer will be seeking others wronged by Marietta auto sales to be part of a class action suit. Hopefully, these people will be punished. They need to be. Read the reviews people. I wish I had before I went. No one is safe: Not the elderly or naive. More
Car was not as promised I flew to Atlanta to buy a vehicle. During my test drive the check engine light came on I was told it was because the gas gap was left off and it was I flew to Atlanta to buy a vehicle. During my test drive the check engine light came on I was told it was because the gas gap was left off and it was reset. The shock absorber light was on and I was told that was because it has oversized tires. On my ride home 2 of the tires blew out. After finally getting it home the check engine light is back on. After taking it to a mechanic I have now found out that the Exhaust sensor ($1700) is bad and that the right rear shock ($2000) is also bad. This car was completely misrepresented to me. I'm out $3700 plus it needs tires. I can't get anyone to call me back. As long as everything is good with what you buy you're fine but hope and pray you don't buy something here with issues because the good ole typical car salesman crap is what the dealership is...….Let's see if they make it right I will for sure be posting everywhere. More

No Pressure on buying the car from salesman The dealership has a vast amount of vehicles to choose from I was not once pressured into buying a vehicle that I did not want. Chauncey Kuykendall, my sales associate allowed me to look at several of the same vehicles before I made my decision he also allowed me to take the vehicle to get inspected before purchasing it. Chauncey Kuykendall was very patient with me and was a great help when negotiating a price, he had a great attitude and he played no games and was very respectful. I will mostly definitely travel 400+ miles to do business with him again More
