Never ever again I shared the same emissions nightmare. The tags office told me the vehicle failed inspection before I purchased it. When I approached several sales associates I was told I need to calm down but of course I didn't and did stay adamant that this is wrong and this business has me riding around with an expired sticker. The sales associates were nonchalant and then hid inside locking the door while the police was called. Unbelievable!!! I would NEVER EVER do business with them and what will hurt them even more is to tell EVERYONE on FB Twitter Google Tumblr my coworkers my family and my friends!! More

Horrible customer service and more I purchased a used Infiniti from this dealer; mostly because of their price, but it was not worth with all the hassle and harassment I have had to dea I purchased a used Infiniti from this dealer; mostly because of their price, but it was not worth with all the hassle and harassment I have had to deal with. Long story short, they advertised the car came with 2 original keys, in fact, only 1 key was available. They promised to give me another key fob. After 1 month of waiting, may calls and emails, many broken promises, may lies, 1 messed up appointment, .... finally I got an used NISSAN key fob from them. WHAT IN THE WORLD! To sum up, Alberto was a joke, who told me that Infiniti couple could get 35+ mpg (which almost knocked me to the ground from shocking and laughing); Robert was an unprofessional salesman who immediately changed his attitude after acknowledging I had a pre-approved loan ( yea, I went to UGA and graduated with a BBA in finance, fyi); Ford was a jerk who threatened to sue me because I summit a claim with my credit card company for $400 ( equals e new key with programming) after 1 month of waiting. Ok, if you have no choice, and their prices fit your budget, think about all the downsides which could come along with it; before deciding to put a foot on their lot. I learned my lesson. More

The salesman Mike recommended a reliable car that fit my situation so that I could at least get back and forth to work. His concern was my safety, which was great! Everyone was friendly and professional, and I was able to pull off of the lot with the car Mike recommended without any issues. BAIT AND SWITCH. YELLING AT CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY. This experience was severely unprofessional - and that is describing it lightly. The sales agent Robert, as well as the "Finance Manager" Fred, often This experience was severely unprofessional - and that is describing it lightly. The sales agent Robert, as well as the "Finance Manager" Fred, often raised their voices and argued with me rather than negotiate on damage to the body of the vehicle, the engine service light, etc. Claiming "their guy" could buff out several, repetitive, and obviously too deep scratches was ludicrous as the metal was showing - buffing it anymore would cause more bare metal to show. In addition to that, they said "buy it now and we'll write up saying our guys out back will buff it out - because they're not here right now". If you have a chance to go out back and see the "work area" you will be shocked. It is circa Mad Max meets third world country meets random wild dogs. I even felt unsafe going to the back of their building to the work area. Lastly, they tried to pull a bait and switch which is highly illegal. They offered me a price which wasn't ideal, but better than sticker - and then they went against their word and raised the price as we became closer to making a deal. These guys are crooks. Do yourself a favor and walk away like I did. Better yet, read the reviews, and NEVER come here in the first place. More
