Terrible Experience I would NOT recommend buying from this dealership. 3 weeks ago tomorrow we traded in our SUV. A few days ago a payment was taken out of our account I would NOT recommend buying from this dealership. 3 weeks ago tomorrow we traded in our SUV. A few days ago a payment was taken out of our account for the loan! Come to find out they never paid off the loan!! I received nothing but excuses from them about their mistake (which they never admitted to or apologized for). No one followed up with me or returned phone calls; I had to call them for answers...still trying to get answers becaus the loan still has not been paid off! Oh! Did I mention the SUV is now listed on they website FOR SALE!!! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this dealership! More

Nice Car, Good Price We found a really nice used Honda Odyssey Touring for a pretty good deal. We already had good financing but they got us an even better rate. Shady shady shady! Found a great deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and called to see if it was available. John told me it was and recommended I put down $500 to reserve the car since someone had an appointment to see it the next day. I made the $500 deposit through PayPal and then didn't hear anymore from John over the next two days. I had to call him repeatedly to get him to send a bill of sale to my finance company and I never received a copy of the bill of sale myself despite repeatedly calling John and being assured he would email it to me. After reviewing the bill of sale I noticed he added a $2200 warranty that I did not ask for and when I asked him about it he claimed we had discussed it. I asked to speak with a manager and I was transferred to Robert who is apparently the general manager. After telling Robert about my bad experience with John he simply said yes he is new. He didn't seem concerned with johns poor service at all. I drove two hours to look at the car only to find out that the lot was very sketchy very small and the business office is essentially an old house. I felt very uncomfortable and like they had misrepresented themselves and the size of their business. All of this combined with the frustrations on the phone made me feel like I was no longer interested in working with this company. I spent an additional two days of phone calls to get them to refund my deposit. Overall they had the best price but we're definitely not worth it. I would encourage anyone to stay away More
