Be smart if you decide to swim with these sharks Marietta Auto Sales has an abysmal reputation and I confirm it from my own personal experience. Check Yelp! or any other online review site (they change the name when their reputation gets too bad). They are sweet as sugar making the sale but then they totally forget who you are when you have a problem or a broken promise. I knew going in that this place was well known for highly disappointing buyers by not following through on promises made by the staff. I went in knowing I had to pay careful attention to anything they said or proposed. You have to insist on getting everything in writing, or it cannot be trusted! On their website M.A.S. encourages everyone to take any car to a dealer for a pre-purchase inspection (well worth the ~$100). I was allowed to take the Acura TL I was interested in to the local Acura dealer without issue. But later in the office another customer told me that when their salesman learned that her husband was a mechanic in the military he refused to let the customer get on the ground to do a quick visual inspection (red flag!). The Acura I was interested in needed $1,500-2,000 worth of repairs (brakes, leaky engine seals, belts and had visible body damage from an employee being careless). My sales person told me the price was non-negotiable and that there was an additional $500 paperwork fee on all sales. This was NOT disclosed anywhere on their website or the listing they had on Autotrader AS REQUIRED BY GEORGIA LAW. I told them it was illegal and had to be removed. I also gave them a print out of the link below. At this point I was moved from the main bullpen and asked to talk in a private office (they didn't want other customers to hear). I explained the "deceptive practice" to the sales manager. He tried to wiggle out it and say that the fee was built into the web price and I just misunderstood it. After a lot of bs'ing they agreed to take off the $500 of illegal fees but were not willing to negotiate anything on the price to reflect the condition issues. They made it very apparent that they would rather wait for a new naive customer to roll over rather than make a fair deal on the car with me. I was more than happy to not spend my money at Marietta Auto Sales after dealing with their slimy dealer games. GEORGIA USED CAR BUYERS EDUCATE YOURSELF! Google "Governers Office of Consumer Protection Auto Advertising and Sales Practices" Page 13 - "Price Representation" shows how Marietta Auto Sales operates using deceptive practices. More

A month after I called back to check on my app and a guy calling himself MJ told me he would call me back few minutes after talking to finance manager about my application but he also never reached back to me. Never would recommend them to anyone and I expect to expose them on several website reviews. You just don't handle business that way. More

Fantastic experience! I was in the market for a Honda Pilot and had done my research. When I saw a 2011 Pilot online at Marietta Auto Sales, I knew it was a great deal -- A I was in the market for a Honda Pilot and had done my research. When I saw a 2011 Pilot online at Marietta Auto Sales, I knew it was a great deal -- AND low miles! On Christmas Eve, my husband and I went to test drive it. We worked with Trent, a fantastic salesperson. On our test drive, we swung into Pep Boys to have the Pilot checked out, which we had planned to do and which Trent encouraged. The tires were worn (there was a nail in one, which was irreparable) and one USB port wasn't working correctly. Marietta Auto Sales has their own service center, so they repaired the USB port issue. They were firm on the price (which I already knew was good), but they offered us four new tires at the wholesale price AND put them on. We had secured financing elsewhere, and the entire purchase process was incredibly smooth. Don't be put off by the building. Do your research so you'll know a good deal when you see it. We could not be happier. More

I found JJ and Clevelin to be helpful and gave me very good customer service. I asked a lot of questions and they did not appear to get tired of me. I would have like a 30 day complimentary warranty form the company but other than that I like this place. I've already referred a friend to Marietta Auto Sales. More
Could these guys be any more unprofessional ? Contacted about a 2009 Infiniti G37 Sport Convertible. Had a deal made with Trent except for a 125 Doc fee that I did not agree with. Made it clear I would be a CASH paying customer with NO trade in to deal with. Trent then disappears for days so I contacted dealership back(later learned Trent was no longer employed at the dealership). Talked with Rick who would NOT honor my deal with Trent. Trent agreed to put new tires on the car because they were in Need and Rick would not. Told Rick to please email me pictures of tires where I could decide if the car was even safe to drive off the lot. Rick agreed to email me Pictures but then NEVER Did. Matter of fact he never contacted me about the purchase again. Several days pass and out of the blue I hear from JJ who is another salesman. Told him what I needed and he promised to deliver but never did. Two/three more days go by and JJ calls me again asking if I am still in the market for a car. Told him I was in the market and just waiting on some pictures that he had promised of the tires. He then asked me which car was I even talking about (gees) I then reminded him it was the 09 Infiniti G37 convertible. He reassured me again he would send me over some pictures. Now it has been three more days and I have heard from absolutely NO ONE. If service is this bad before the sale I can only imagine what it would be like after I bought the car. THUMBS DOWN ! Very unprofessional ! Trent was by far the best one in the bunch and for whatever reason he is now gone. More
