Great Experience Needed to find a nice luxury SUV in a hurry and took to the internet search. I located a LEXUS 400h at Marietta Auto Sales and immediately became interested based on the quality of the vehicle and price. Called up Kevin Allred and he was quite helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. We discussed the deal and financing over the phone and had it all established timely. As the dealer was located 3 hours away, my wife and I traveled that night so we could arrive early the next day and pick up the car. NOW...based on my past experiences, this is where the story usually goes south as I find the unit to be in less than described quality...the dealer to be "shady"...and the deal we discussed to now be much higher than what we discussed. Man...did I find this experience to FAR EXCEED my expectations! When we arrived, we were graciously greeted by Kevin and the staff...found the vehicle to be just as described...and the deal was even lower than we had previously agreed! I am quite pleased with this transaction and HIGHLY recommend Kevin, Otis (F&I), the GM, etc. to anyone who wants a great experience in purchasing a vehicle! You will be happy just like me! JBQ More

What a joke of a dealership! I flew from Oklahoma to purchase an Audi S5 on March 5th, 2016. Before I left the dealership the A/C was not working, I waited over an hour to be told I flew from Oklahoma to purchase an Audi S5 on March 5th, 2016. Before I left the dealership the A/C was not working, I waited over an hour to be told that the 'Service Tech' could not fill the car with Freon and I was to put it in myself. The car was making a hissing sound and the 'Tech' said not to worry. I had been driving for an hour and the Check Engine Light appeared, I limped the car home, told my sales person and was informed I would receive a phone call from a Manager. No phone call. I took the car to Audi for a full inspection and was give a quote for over $5,100 for MOST of the problems that were wrong with the S5. I FINALLY was able to reach a Manager and because I did not ask if the car was a piece of junk, (would I have received an honest answer? doubtful), I am essentially on my own. DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT ONTO THEIR PROPERTY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY! More

They made sure to address issues even allowing us to inspect underneath while on a lift. They addressed our concerns and fixed issues. My only complaint was the unexpected 499.00 charge for paperwork. This seemed awfully high to me. The paperwork fee should be part of the purchase price. I felt a blindsighted with that fee amount. The car is a great vehicle and drives well. Compared to other dealerships I would say it was fairly painless overall. More

My salesman Adolf and the finance guy Otis were very helpful and upfront with everything. Service was kind of slow at times but that was a minor inconvenience at times especially when your schedule is packed that day. The office isn't the professional I've seen. There is a lot of playing and inappropriate language with customers around. Still that is of no consequence to me ultimately because I was there to buy a car but having a better atmosphere would definitely get them a 5 star rating in my opinion. More
