Slick and shady as the suits they wear Was interested in a vehicle but it had several issues, including major wiring issues with the headlights. Told me I had to put down a $500 deposit bef Was interested in a vehicle but it had several issues, including major wiring issues with the headlights. Told me I had to put down a $500 deposit before they would get any work done, and that I would not be obligated to buy the vehicle. After continuing to look around I realized that the price of the vehicle was about $5-6K higher than it was worth, found a newer model without issues for over $5k less at another dealer. When I mentioned that I was no longer interested in their vehicle the manager became very rude, told me I owed them the money they "had to spend for the repairs I asked for" and that he could have sold it without making those repairs (non-working headlights were only one of the issues). and that I would not be getting my deposit back, which a non-refundable deposit was never mentioned. Besides taking $500 for nothing, the fact that this place is willing to sell vehicles in an unsafe condition should be reason enough to look else where. More

GREAT DEALERSHIP TO BUY FROM ,NICE VEHICLES AND SERVICE So I needed a BMW for my Sons Birthday. I bought the car on Monday and got the car on Saturday for his birthday all thanks to Elijah and Otis. Elijah So I needed a BMW for my Sons Birthday. I bought the car on Monday and got the car on Saturday for his birthday all thanks to Elijah and Otis. Elijah sent me photos even though he was busy with other clients and I was annoying lol, he still worked after hours to take care of me. The biggest thing about this dealership is that they will go above and beyond to make sure you are OK. Also they have the best 3rd Party Warranty price wise on the market to me. Overall it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE.. My Son got his new Ride and it All worked out for the best. Thanks Guys and I'll be back for a Mazeratti..... P.S.
