Unethical and Shady practices! I bought a used Range Rover August of 2017. I discovered they had reprogrammed the vehicle to hide transmission issues before I bought it and again w I bought a used Range Rover August of 2017. I discovered they had reprogrammed the vehicle to hide transmission issues before I bought it and again when I returned trying to resolve issues. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and in their response, Marietta Auto Sales uploaded a document, a "disclaimer of prior damage", which shows a different buyer and vehicle information but clearly has my forged signature on the document. They stop at nothing to cover up their shady practices. I've exhausted all legal recourse and there is nothing I can do because I purchased a used vehicle. Don't be taken like I was. Avoid this dealer at all cost. More

Always go to a brand dealership or carmax.My first thought driving up was: these types of car lots are for people with bad credit, 1st red flag. Found this Honda CRV for a great price online for my elderly disabled mom. 2nd red flag: rust where missing center cap on tire was. I knew I had heard this was a sign of flooding but we were reassured by the salesman and promised a cap replacement. Few days after purchase tire pressure warning on, 2 tire specialists say the tires are dry rotted due to flooding or sitting a long time. Contact with anyone other than sales is IMPOSSIBLE after purchase. I called/left Web msgs for a week. This is never an issue with a legitimate dealership. The good tire tread shown by the salesman was a factor in my mom's decision to buy. We asked for the faulty tires to be replaced. The salesman spoke with management and informed us of the outcome... NO, and that the car was sold as is. I was told my mom has to buy the missing center cap as well. I signed most of the paperwork due to my mom being too tired. Hope we can take them to court. The salesman Hakim told me their prices were like Carmax not negotiable...LIES...smh...not according to reviews. Women and elderly always get taken advantage of More

I can't stress enough how bad they are and how dishonest they are. Terrible service, terrible follow up and they will lie about anything to make the sale, then leave you in the lurch. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You have been warned. My experience with them; I live in out of state and was searching for a specific vehicle (BMW Z4) and found one that was being sold by Marietta Auto Sales, in Marietta, GA. I called and spoke with the sales person (Tripp Tripplett) to ask about the condition of the car. Tripp assured me that 1) The car was in excellent cosmetic condition, with very few signs of wear and tear and 2) The car was in excellent mechanical condition, with no defects, or anything that would prevent it from being inspectable. After negotiations I made the purchase and arranged to have the car shipped to me. When I received the car I was completely dismayed at the condition of the vehicle. The car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Tripp said they would be detailing the car before it was sent and obviously they didn't. The seats were stained with grease, the carpets were filthy and the plastics inside the car were so dirty I could scrape grime off with my finger. Also the interior and exterior had a bunch of cosmetic issues. 1) Many of the interior plastics were broken, or missing 2)The carpet for the passenger side was missing 3)There was damage to both interior door panels and 4) The rear bumper was falling off (appears there was some type of damage that was never properly fixed). However, worse than the interior / cosmetic issues was the mechanical issues the car had. When I got the car off the delivery truck and started driving home I noticed the "airbag malfunction" light was on and then almost immediately the low coolant light came on. I took the car to the garage the next day and they said it wasn't safe to drive because the rear suspension was completely gone and the front struts / bearings were shot (and it needed two new tires). In addition to all of that, there is a leak in the coolant system that now needs to be chased down and fixed and the front passenger headlight / directional was broken. To get the car to be roadworthy I had to spend over $1500 in repairs, with more money needed to spend to fix the passenger airbag and coolant system. I called Marietta and they have spent over 6 weeks giving me the run around, all the while assuring me someone would "Call me back" and "make it right". I have spoken with no less than 4 people who never call me back (Tripp, Delon, Cedric, Derrick etc). They obviously hope this goes away. They refuse to provide the name of the dealership owner (I am sure this isn't the first time someone has been scammed by them) and they will lie and say they are "in meetings" to avoid your calls. If you have interest in doing business with an honest dealership, RUN far away from Marietta Auto Sales. They are a typical churn and burn operation that will scam you and leave you hanging with a lemon. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. More
