This place is a joke! I spent hours here, and actually purchased a vehicle - 2015 Hyundai Tucson. As I was pulling out of the lot and going over the speed bump, the exhaust I spent hours here, and actually purchased a vehicle - 2015 Hyundai Tucson. As I was pulling out of the lot and going over the speed bump, the exhaust fell off of the car. It just so happened that the GM, Toby, was nearby when it happened. As they pulled it into the garage, the exhaust caught on the lip of the garage and it ripped off most of the bumper and cracked the plastic. Toby was as shocked as I was. He promised that they would get it fixed immediately, and that they would completely replace the exhaust with a brand new one. I should've known that he would not keep his promise. They gave me a rental car to drive home (of course it was on empty, so I couldn't even drive straight home) and I gave them the chance to make it right. Days went by, when I called my salesman, Derek, he had no idea what was going on with the car. I had to call the finance guy, Brian, to get any answers because Toby would not return my calls. After a few days, I went back to dealership and told them I wanted my trade in back and I did not want the Hyundai, as it was clearly not safe (what car has the exhaust just fall off?) They didn't even properly replace the bumper, there was a giant white gash down the drivers side (which wasn't there when I first saw it) and after demanding to see the repair receipts, I found out that they simply put the old exhaust back on. Not really a problem, if they had been up front and honest about it the whole time. I ended up getting my trade-in back, and left them with the xxxxty Hyundai. Of course, the damage was not reported - my salesman said they didn't have to because a police report wasn't filed. I feel bad for the person that bought that car after me! These guys are shady and rude, and I would never recommend anyone go here. If that is how they treat a cheap car, I can only imagine what they do with the really expensive ones! More

No integrity not reputable! Stay away! This was the worst company I have ever done business with. We purchased my sons first vehicle here. It was closing time as we were finishin Stay away! This was the worst company I have ever done business with. We purchased my sons first vehicle here. It was closing time as we were finishing paperwork. When we all walked out together and they were locking up; we got into the car, the tire light was on registering low, and the gas tank odometer showed empty, our rep told us he had just put air in the tires so it would reset in approx. 50 miles of driving and if it didn’t go just come back the next day. He also explained the gas gauge on the vehicle they noticed was slow to reset but he had just filled the tank and by the time we start driving it should move to the proper place. But again if for some reason it did not he assured they would fix any issue the following day. Needless to say neither corrected. The tire light was actually a tire stem sensor needing to be replaced ( which apparently they already knew I found out) and the gas gauge was simply broken. So we took it in the following day and see what car wasn’t open.we were told to bring back on Monday. On Monday we came back and were told we had to make an actual appointment with service. So by the time we s he filed an appoint and brought it back our rep was no longer with the company. At the service center they explained the charge we would Incur for the repairs. I explained again... as if we had it already done so the previous visits, that we just purchased and out sales person said we could bring back. To which they told me to speak to the manager. The general manager that was present the night we bought it. He then asked if we got it in writing. Which he knew we had not because he was there. And he explained since we drove off without getting it in writing that they were not going to cover it. No negotiating, no apology, nothing.. simply well we are not going to cover it. I know we said we would. But that rep would have been charged back from her s commission but he is no longer employed here. The rep had not had time to be paid for the sale of the vehicle yet. They are paid monthly and we just purchased. But he knew the situation, was present and refused to do anything. Not even major expenses to them. Just used car salesmen mentality at its very lowest. Shame no integrity, or professionalism. More
