March 23rd 2019, I called and talked to a Alexus who helped me with a car I was looking at, I live in Mississippi and it’s 4.5-5 hour drive 1 way, so wanted to make sure car checked before making this journey. The car I called about and ended up Buying was BMW 335i Convertible. I already had looked at CARFAX, so wanted more info and walk around. She was nice on phone walked around car told me about everything I needed to know. Then told her was a cash deal, my bank is not open and could I use personal check, she stated that they don’t take out of state checks and I could debit card or they could wire transfer. No problem. Paid a 500.00 deposit on car over phone and made appt for next day to pick up. Alexus said she was excited to meet me. March 24th My appt time was 2pm. Drove from MS this dealership, since I paid deposit, said was paying cash. I expected to my car up front clean, detailed and ready to go. Should be in and out in 10 min. Very wrong........ Alexus isn’t there, at that moument no biggie someone will take care of me, so sales guy 1 got me, said he would be right back was gonna get car for me, 20 min later he comes up to me says hey man sorry keys were misplaced. Says checked out to photographer.... weird since I had car checked over phone and she had keys and paid deposit why is it showing checked out? So probley an hour passes by there still looking, I walk up to guy named Brandon and said hey Alexus was on phone with me yesterday, she has keys yesterday, she isn’t here why not call her and see where she put them. Never got response from her they said. So after another hour of them looking they said they called a guy to come to make a key. Ok great! So sales guy dealing with #4 made paperwork up, meet the finance lady, which by the way I give her 5 stars she is sweet and understood my frustrations and wasn’t happy herself how this whole thing has went down. Then to find out she preferred check that is was the correct way to do it, well didn’t bring check since was told no they can’t. Anyways on this part it got handled finally. But the fact there people don’t know how this works shouldn’t be talking to customers if they don’t know how business works. I left there I think was around 730pm that night. Finally 2 key guys later I have keys and I can finally leave. He starts the mechanical problems Leave dealership they’re closed they close at 6pm I get down road smell kinda burnt smell , I assume hey they cleaned engine maybe just smells from cleaner burner off, get 38 miles down road, I have to pull in to service station, check engine light on. There was no coolant in car, ended up being busted reservoir, had to have towed, back to dealership, 330.00 tow bill NOT HAPPY! Left message on machine hey car is being towed back to you cause is broke down. March 25th Get home around 3am central time. I set my alarm for 7:30am central time so I can call them at 8:30 there time. Ask for a manger, I get there in meeting.... and said would take a message and have them call me back. Really I think this trumps that, but I said ok, I called back 2nd around 10:30. Still meeting...... 12:30 I call back still meeting, I loose it, cussed, and was loud I wanted a manager! That is a shame I have to act like that to get service. Btw the car is still at there front gate no one cared to listen to message or handle this situation. Finally after GM finally spoke to me, I went from berg beginning about how this horrible deal went and now having to deal with this. Said he would have car Taken to BMW and have them personally check car out and fix it. And check everything else over. Since they say they do a 128 or something like that check list on cars. THAT IS A LIE! How do you not know there isn’t coolant!? So I said great that would make me happy. March 26th I call not to check on car since hey its at BMW no reason to ask about car, BUT when they had key made they didn’t have a hard key cut and glove box was locked. So said hey why car is at bmw can they make the hard key since there wasn’t one made, guy not sure who he was said, hey man your car is here! Like I would be happy about it! I was in shock that GM lied to me . Why is being fixed there and not BMW ? I let it go. Long as car fixed and checked over I’m happy. March 28th My car is fixed, I go pick it up. Another sales guy showed me few things. And said oh crap man, you only have 1 quart of oil! Take a pic and show to management you need oil ! Imagine how pissed I am when they said they checked car over! Obviously once again no they didn’t, and btw still no hard key. I get pissy about it . They do oil change. Clean car up. Ask for to remove my 1 star review. I did. I’m an easy going guy, do right by me and I’ll do same. I get out the gate, check engine light comes on, REALLY!!!! O2 sensors asked if I put bad gas well actually almost accused me! Ummmm no I have Mercedes that tkes premium and so have my past cars I’m not stupid. They said out some fuel cleaner in and if that a issue still they will fox but can be local repair near me. I said ok great cause I’m ready to get home. So I put fuel cleaner in it, 25.00 cost. Still smell burnt smell a lil. Service Manager keeps up with me over next 2 weeks to see. Still say there is a burnt smell and still need hard key. I travel a lot for work was in DC for week. Come back car still has burnt smell. So I drove hour and half to merdian BMW car has head gasket valve and filter housing oil leaks! 1794.00 repair. Told service manger. She says yes I have in my notes u have stated smell. So I ask hey car is at bmw , please call and pay for key to be made like GM said. Pay over phone. And I asked her said hey how about help with these repairs, since y’all obviously didn’t even check that ither! That was Monday. Today is Friday. I have called more than once a day. I have now asked for the Owner, they said impossible! That’s why he hired us managers! Well if y’all army doing your job, I get everyday GM is going to call! I have not once been called yet this week by that man, and they refuse to give me the owners phone number or will tell me if he comes in. I’m a business owner, and I would never refuse a client to ever not call me if there was a problem, he said they run there business different. Obviously you run it like it xxxx take people’s money sell them a lemon, and treat them like pure xxxx after they pay you!!!!! And I mean these people once they have your money your dirt and xxxx to them I promise you that. I record my convos with them. Soooooo I have yet to have a hard key paid for like promised, which is 90.00 and some change I’m out the following 330.00 towing 90.00 hard key 1794.00 oil leaks 25.00 fuel cleaner 16 hours drive time to get car Loss of wages since has to reschedule clients. And I get xxxx from them, not even a simple call back!!! I have all photos time and date stamped I have all phone records calling I have receipts for towing and repairs I have recorded calls of promises that hasn’t happened. Next step attorney which I have meeting with in GA, also wrote letter to Attorney General per my perosal attorney, also making sure there reviewed with every bussiness page, and report to BBB, They don’t want to treat costumers right, I’ll make sure NO ONE will go through what I have! We work hard for our money, and don’t have time for crooks selling cars they claim have been checked when they don’t even check oil or coolant 🤦🏻??? So here is a warning to anyone buying from them! Quick and Easy I wanted a convertible Audi and found this one online. I drove from Huntsville, AL to Marietta, GA to take a look at this vehicle. The sale people were quick to let me see the vehicle and test drive. When I said I was ready to see the cost analysis, I didn't have to wait long. The only thing is two of the tires should've been replaced in my eyes and one of the speakers was busted, which I noticed later and I was told there was bluetooth capabilities for my cell phone already, but there wasn't, I had to buy an adapter. Nevertheless, I love my car and it was a good deal overall. More

Purchased 2017 Toyota Sienna Had an appointment with Jessica at 4:15. We were about 10 minutes late. She was not there. Donte helped us. No problems except they were slow. They would say be back in a minute and it was at least 15 minutes and one time 30 minutes when we were ready to purchase before they came back. We did not leave the dealership until 8:00. There was no financing to arrange. They did detail the car after we agreed to buy it but it was a poor job. There were streaks on the side. I could have saved time and taken it to a car wash. However the salesman was very nice and I do like my new van. No complaints with pricing. More
