Complete waste of a day! Run away!!! We called ahead of time to see if they would honor a price before we drove 3 hours to view the car. We didn't want to drive down only to f Run away!!! We didn't want to drive down only to find out there a bunch of dealer fees and packages they add on and then the car would be out of our budget. They agreed to the price and agreed to waive the fee. After viewing the car we found out it had been wrecked. We paid money to have the car checked out and after asking for another 400 off of the price, they agreed! Yay!! After sitting in the finance room for 2 hours we find out they added a 600 insurance package to the car which "can't be removed". What a bait and switch. Ron, the salesman felt like he was completely honest, however he had agreed to a price plus the required fees, which apparently are taxes title, and a random extra insurance. After arguing with him about these not being required he agree that the insurance isn't a required item but said "well it is required to do the deal". What a load of xx!!!! Wasted the whole day dealing with these crooks! More

Horrible After-Sale Customer Experience Recently, I bought a car from this dealership and was promised to receive a second car key. Then the Sales Manager of the dealership, Sedrick, was hel Recently, I bought a car from this dealership and was promised to receive a second car key. Then the Sales Manager of the dealership, Sedrick, was helping me with the purchase and made a deal with me to deliver the second car key if I buy the car. I bought the car and he promised to make the second car key and deliver to me. He sent me an email to confirm that, and we kept in touch for couple weeks then he stop answering my calls and emails, so I called the dealership multiple times to talk to him, but every time I called, they kept saying that Sedrick was not there, but at another dealership's branch. So, I tried to contact the General Manager, and never got any calls back. Now, I got in contact to the new Sales Manager, who told me that Sedrick left and now the promise is no longer honored since whatever paperwork to honor the deal expired after 30 days. I guess words and promises mean nothing for them after 30 days or right after the sales went through. If even the Sales Manager's promise only worth for 30 days and if he leaves, the dealership do not take responsibilities. It is just a car key and they could not deliver their promise, then I do not think that is a trusted business. More

She greeted me warmly when I first arrived a quickly got me in touch with my sales associate Nakisha Kwangwari. From start to finish Nakisha treated very well with integrity and sincerity. She had a warm disposition and made me feel right at home. She even offered me lunch with all the employees. It was a great experience and very welcomed. I run a business and I know what great customer service is and I received the utmost in quality service during my visit. Nakisha was upfront and honest, something you may not find at every car dealership. I can not thank her enough for the making me feel at ease and making my car buying experience seamless. I would also like to thank Shayna Wiener in finance. She went out of her way to explain exactly what was going on during every step of the car buying process. I did not have the best circumstance coming into the dealership but Nakisha and Shayna helped me through the process with honesty which for me was most important of all. Stevie Ross, Josh Martin and Toby Mckinnon worked with me, and I can say I achieved that goal and I am very pleased with my overall experience at their dealership. Wonderful experience! until it wasn't *ETA When we signed papers, the website for the title registration would not print our documents. The lady assisting us (believe was a finance manager) told us she would overnight it to us on Monday. Well it's the next Saturday and still NOTHING. I've called; emailed and used the message link through their website with NO assistance or return calls/emails to resolve the matter. I'm in AL..driving 3 hours each way to retrieve a PIECE OF PAPER seems a bit ridiculous but it appears that's where this is leading as I can't go get my car tag without it. ____ We traveled from Birmingham to test drive a car. John kept in contact with me each morning and evening before we left informing us the vehicle was still there; making sure we didn't make the trip for nothing, as it was the only car we were interested in. When we got there we were immediately greeted and signed in for our appointment. The showroom is spacious and gorgeous and very comfortable. PK was our sales rep and he did a fabulous job of explaining things to us and answering our questions. Very personable and fun man. We purchased the car and are extremely happy with the whole experience. More
