She greeted me warmly when I first arrived a quickly got me in touch with my sales associate Nakisha Kwangwari. From start to finish Nakisha treated very well with integrity and sincerity. She had a warm disposition and made me feel right at home. She even offered me lunch with all the employees. It was a great experience and very welcomed. I run a business and I know what great customer service is and I received the utmost in quality service during my visit. Nakisha was upfront and honest, something you may not find at every car dealership. I can not thank her enough for the making me feel at ease and making my car buying experience seamless. I would also like to thank Shayna Wiener in finance. She went out of her way to explain exactly what was going on during every step of the car buying process. I did not have the best circumstance coming into the dealership but Nakisha and Shayna helped me through the process with honesty which for me was most important of all. I would certainly recommend Marietta Auto Sales to anyone in the market if buying a quality used vehicle! More

Wonderful experience! until it wasn't *ETA When we signed papers, the website for the title registration would not print our documents. The lady assisting us (believe was a finance manager) told us she would overnight it to us on Monday. Well it's the next Saturday and still NOTHING. I've called; emailed and used the message link through their website with NO assistance or return calls/emails to resolve the matter. I'm in AL..driving 3 hours each way to retrieve a PIECE OF PAPER seems a bit ridiculous but it appears that's where this is leading as I can't go get my car tag without it. ____ We traveled from Birmingham to test drive a car. John kept in contact with me each morning and evening before we left informing us the vehicle was still there; making sure we didn't make the trip for nothing, as it was the only car we were interested in. When we got there we were immediately greeted and signed in for our appointment. The showroom is spacious and gorgeous and very comfortable. PK was our sales rep and he did a fabulous job of explaining things to us and answering our questions. Very personable and fun man. We purchased the car and are extremely happy with the whole experience. More

Terrible customer service, very shady company Purchased a vehicle from this company. Terrible customer service! Went back on forth trying to get a price we both agreed on. At the end, management was fighting over $170 difference, for a $80,000 vehicle. While test driving, my wife and 1 yr old stayed behind. In that time a gang entered inside the dealership making threats to everyone inside. Office staff had to put my wife under a desk, and my child in a money safe for protection. After all this they still fought over $170. Once purchased, they wouldn’t even fill the gas tank of for us. Only reason I bought from them is no one else had this vehicle available. Once we got the vehicle home the air conditioner quit working, and exterior mirrors don’t work. This is after they said it was thoroughly inspected. We purchased the extended warranty they offer through the dealership for $3000. When we went to use it for the AC, they said we weren’t in the system. Dealership said even though we paid the $3000 it would take 30-45 days for us to be able to use the warranty. Complete waste of money, do not purchase a warranty through them. Called the dealership to see if they could do something. I was told they’re not responsible for anything, once it leaves the lot. After multiple phone calls I was told they would look at possibly fixing some of the items if I drove 5 hrs back to them, and erase my bad reviews. Taking the vehicle back to them would require me to miss work, pay for gas, hotel rooms for multiple nights, and exposing my wife and child to the place their life was in danger once again. If your looking for a dealership that is honest, and provides any customer service, this is not your place. More
